Submitted by No Comment

Autisum benifitThis is the 7th Annual Autism Benefit and it is being held Saturday, April 26 from 1:00pm – 5:00pm at Tg’s 4120 7th Ave, Kenosha, Wisconsin 53140

The Beatles tribute band, The Bugs, will be performing first from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, with the New Vinyls following and playing from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. The benefit runs from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. They’ll be set up outside under a big tent again. There will be a silent auction, raffles, food and fun! Tickets are $5.00 at the door. Most of the proceeds this year will go toward The Kenosha Dream Playground Project (KDPP), which is dedicated to developing an inclusive, accessible playground, specifically designed to provide children of all abilities equal opportunities for exercise, entertainment and social interactions. The playground will contain unique equipment and surfaces that will allow children, and adults, equal access to all of the play structures.

If you wish to make a monetary donation, please make your check payable to: Frank & Cheryl’s Autism Benefit and mail it to Frank at 7001 30th Avenue, Kenosha, WI 53142.

Or, if you’d rather donate an item or a wrapped basket for the silent auction/raffle, please deliver it to Frank’s office no later than noon on Friday, 4/25, at: 7001 30th Avenue, Kenosha (the former LeBlanc building). Please make sure you include your name with your item and indicate the approximate value. You may also drop your item or basket off at their home (contact Cheryl), or bring it to TG’s up to the time of the event if that’s more convenient for you; but, ideally, they would prefer to have it delivered to Frank’s office by noon on the Friday before the benefit.

Any and all donations are welcome and greatly appreciated! Thank you so much for your support!
